The 36" Manhole Cover Lifting hooks are forged of 5/8" hex high carbon steel with a large open handle.
The hooks have a same plane, rotated rocker head to more easily enter the notch in stubborn covers.
These hooks are also painted blue for corrosion resistance and identification.
