Netceed, a leading value-add distributor in the telecom, tech infra and energy equipment distribution market, announced today the appointment of a new CEO.
After careful preparation over the past year and a half, the Board is now affecting its long-term succession plan, which will see the appointment of Alper Turken, currently Deputy CEO, as CEO effective on 19 February 2024, with Cédric Varasteh stepping into the role of Chairman of the Board.
As the founder and CEO of ETC, Cédric has been instrumental in the vision and growth of Netceed, building it into what is now a leading and global business with 80 locations across 19 countries, and 2,100 employees supporting 19,000+ customers worldwide.
Alper Turken joined Netceed (then ETC) in 2022 having previously held leadership roles at Commscope, ARRIS, and Motorola. He joined with the objective of preparing Cédric’s succession and has been leading the evolution of the Netceed US organisation and strategic growth opportunities in the region.
