The Netceed MUL-OLS-300 Oprica Light Source (OLS) for Singlemode and Multi-mode Fiber is a handheld optical light source with an ergonomic design that uses the latest technology in the optical fiber field. The OLS provides outstanding functionality and durability with dual wavelength 850/1300 and 1310/1550nm laser output for singlemode and multi-mode fiber measurements.
The OLS is feature rich with a user-friendly interface. The Netceed OLS is the perfect tool for every technician in performing high precision and sensitive insertion loss measurement and link loss of installed cables. It’s continuous wavelength and the four different modulated modes help in identifying loss in the network.
The optical light source is used to exactly perform loss and signal line tests on optical fiber cables and help to carefully assess transmission quality on a fiber network. The optical light source completes the measurement set with the Netceed - MUL-OPM-100 - Fiber Optic Power Meter.
